Its been 12 years, like the guy in the pic said “Hell, Its Been A While”. I am new to the whole Starcraft scene however since playing Starcraft 2 i must say that i enjoy RTS games now.

Starcraft II-Wings Of Liberty is the sequel to the first Starcraft which sold about 4 million copies, it is supposed to be better than the first one obviously but we will see about that.

The original Starcraft came out in 1998, long after Command & Conquer, and it quickly captured a massive fan base by virtue of featuring three very different playable races rather than the usual two. This was a far cry from the formula of simply replacing Allied buildings, units and characters with Soviet or Chinese ones to differentiate between campaigns.

12 years later with new computer capabilities Starcraft is back and better than ever, from the holograms to the small fans everywhere there is so much detail in Starcraft II.

The overall game on normal is extremely long, it could take anything from 12-18 hours before completion of the game and thats just on normal.

Moving away from the story the online is truly spectacular you get to pic from 3 races

Zerg

The only problems i have are:

• No LAN
• You Only Get To Play As 1 Of The Races-The Terrans
• No International matches

Those are the only problems i have with the game.

Overall

I love Starcraft 2 and i know that fans really needed a sequel however it had been 12 years and i’m pretty sure that thats long enbopugh to put those last, final features into the game. Blizzard has done a great job making this game. I’m sure that this game will last another 12 years however Blizzard don’t keep us waiting
