Well it looks like Gears Of War 3 Could Be Coming Out In April 2011

It so happens that Gears Of War 3 could be finished as early as this year but microsoft want to release it in a diffeent window because of the release of halo reach and natal that is coming out this holiday.

A trailer should have been shown on April 8th because Cliff Bleszinski confirmed that he would be announcing a new game on that date during an appearance on US talk show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. However, a change of schedule now means Bleszinski will be appearing on the show on Monday, April 12. We understand he’ll use the event to air the first Gears Of War 3 trailer.
